Reliability and abuse protection

Billing and account safeguards
- Subscription renewals are now tied to the plan they were bought for, so an order can no longer extend a different product.
- Referral payouts can only be requested once at a time, so a single balance cannot be paid out twice.
- Portfolio analysis checks your credit balance before it runs, and repeated requests are rate-limited.
- Deleting your account now stops renewals at the end of the period you paid for, turns off newsletters and unlinks Telegram.
- Price alerts have a limit per plan (5 on the free plan) and are delivered at a steady pace.

Account security hardening
- Changing your email address or replacing your authenticator app now asks you to confirm with your password or a current code. Your old address receives a notice with a link to undo the change.
- Accounts that have not verified their email can no longer sign in with a password. If you set a password before verifying, you may need to use Forgot password once.
- Sessions are now checked against your current account state on every request, so changing your password or signing out elsewhere takes effect right away. Sessions expire after 14 days.
- Profile pictures accept only PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF images.
- Sign-in and referral redirects only go to pyrefi.com pages, and newsletter link tracking is now signed.
- Waitlist confirmation emails display names as plain text.

- Hardened how we process email delivery events.

Safer accounts and more accurate pages
- Sign-in, sign-up and password-reset requests are now rate limited, and resetting or changing your password signs you out of every device.
- Signal update timelines now follow the same access rules as the signal itself.

- Daily and monthly market reports now keep the exact figures they were written from, and monthly reports follow calendar months.

- Signals, indicators and reports now refresh as soon as fresh market data arrives, instead of on fixed timers.

A signal record you can audit
- The evidence behind every new signal is frozen the moment it is published, and every later status change is recorded permanently — nothing gets rewritten after the fact.
- Signal outcomes are now judged only on fully closed candles inside each signal's lifetime, so a target or stop can no longer be counted before entry or after expiry.
- Each token can only have one open signal of a given type at a time, which removes duplicate calls.
- Signal alerts now go through a delivery queue that survives restarts — no lost or doubled notifications.
- Accuracy fixes for BTC correlation, open interest, funding sentiment and whale activity readings.
- Automated off-site database backups and a move to new dedicated production servers.
